To log in to your account, use the credentials shared by the ICT office.

                                         

 Resetting your Password

Click on forgot your password. It directs you to put your email and a link will be sent to your email to allow you to reset the password.

Home Page

The home page displays the dashboard where you have the summary of the placement portal. It shows you the number of active students, students assigned to you, and visitations.

On the left side of the screen, there is a menu for navigation.

Attachments:

Click my assigned to view the list of the students who have been assigned to you. Select the View option to see the students’ details. 

Click on Evaluations and select Assess Student. This is where you are required to fill in the points the student has scored from the questions on the form provided by the placement office.

Pick a student by selecting the checkbox and loading the assessment form.

Assessment form;

NOTE: The points you award the student must be the same as the form filled out by the hotel supervisor.

Responses: 

A summary of all your internship visits and the grades submitted.

In addition, you are able to export a summary of all the students you have evaluated by selecting the Evaluation Report
