How to Generate the Internal Marksheet Report

Modified on Mon, 19 Feb at 8:47 AM

Step 1: Once you log in to your account, select the Student Academic button and click on the Exam Forms/Report button.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Internal Examiner's Marksheet and fill in the details highlighted in red. That is the class code, department, programme, school/faculty, session and unit code.

The diploma courses and certificate courses must be generated separately as the class codes and programmes are different from each other.

You can also search the class codes, unit codes and programmes by using the magnifying glass icon that has been highlighted in case you need more guidance.

Step 3: Once you click on Display/Print, the system will generate the report as show below.

Step 4:  Click on the Print button to export the report or print the report directly.

You can download it in PDF by selecting the Microsoft Print to PDF option or you can print it directly by selecting the faculty printer.

Step 5: Below is an example of downloading the exam report in PDF format. It allows you to keep records in soft copy.

Type in the file name and save your report.

Repeat the same process for the different programmes and units.
