Step 1: Type this link on your browser, https://bihc.freshdesk.com.
Step 2: On your Freshdesk home page, click on the log in option.
Step 3: Use the Google sign in option to log in to your account.
Step 4: Select your school email account.
You have successfully logged in to your account.
