How to Raise a Support Ticket

Step 1: Log in to your Freshdesk Account.


Step 2: Click on the Plus sign highlighted in red to add a new ticket.




Step 3: Fill in the required details i.e. the subject and the description of the issue you are experiencing. You can also attach a screenshot of the issue to allow us to assist you faster.



Step 4: Submit your ticket.



You have successfully raised a ticket.
