Step 1: Go to the Freshdesk portal.
Step 2: On the home page at the bottom right, click on the Chat with ICT option.
Step 3: Select on the subjects available. i.e. Printer Recharge.
Step 4: Start chatting the ICT Team.
Note:
1. Make sure you identify yourself on the Chat i.e. your full name.
2. You can attach a file or a screenshot when needed.
3. Allow push notifications so as to not miss out on any reply
